- In a cup of coconut oil add a fist full of dry Indian Gooseberry and bring to
a boil. Cool the concoction and apply on scalp regularly.
- Boil fenugreek seeds in a cup of coconut oil till the seeds change color. Cool
and apply oil on scalp.
- Hibiscus flowers are known to have excellent hair rejuvenating properties. In
a cup of coconut oil, boil hibiscus petals, till they turn crisp. Strain the
mixture and apply the oil when it is cool.
- Take a big sprig of curry leaves and boil them in coconut oil. Let the oil
cool before applying on the head.
- Drinking fresh lettuce and spinach juice helps arrest Hair Loss.
- Juice of onions applied on the scalp controls Hair Loss.
- A combination of coconut oil, castor oil and olive oil applied regularly stops
hair fall.
- Pure almond oil is rich in vital nutrients that nourish the hair. A daily
massage with the oil is beneficial.
- Take fresh Aloe Vera pulp and combine it with triphala ( triphala means three
fruits; and the triphala powder is used in Ayurveda the Indian science of
medicine. The powder can be applied on scalp. You should ideally leave for half
