Meanwhile, here are some useful tips of what to do and what not to do through which you can not only prevent the problem of hair loss but also can enhance your beauty and gain confidence.

What not to do with your hairs?

  • Do not wash your hair with too hot water.
  • Do not wash your hair more than 2 times in a week. If you use any shampoo, use only a mild shampoo.
  • Do not comb the hair backwards. Use a good quality brush/comb. Avoid excessive brushing.
  • Do not change the texture and color of your hair with artificial methods as it can trigger hair loss
  • Do not use any sort of Chemical and dyes.
  • Do not apply hair dryer for drying your hair, it weakens the root of the hair. In case of emergency, use it from a distance.
  • Do not comb your hair when your hairs are too much jumbled hairs. Apply oil before combing it.

What to do with your hairs?

  • Wash your hair with normal body temperature water.
  • Use always mild shampoo to washing your hair. Prefer to some good brands herbal shampoos.
  • Try to use herbs instead of herbals, as most of the herbal product contains some sort of chemicals.
  • Apply gram flour, egg yolk and sour curd for washing your hair. Apply these alternatively in a week
  • Apply tea water after washing your hair, it is an excellent conditioner.
  • Make a shampoo using following procedure and apply it once at month to strengthen your hair.

Make a shampoo:

Mix 100 g each of amla (Indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai and boil in two liters of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for your hair for at least one month. Your hair will become thick.

  • Apply gentle and round-headed comb for making straight your hairs.
  • First use dispersed comb in wet hair then apply semi dense comb for combing.
  • Make a habit of daily bath, it will keep your body and hair neat, clean and healthy
  • Apply coconut, amla, castor or olive oil on your hair twice in a week.
  • Apply henna once in a week. It is a good conditioner that make soft, strong and dye your hair naturally.
